We want receiving your Hardy & Kin order to feel just as lovely as opening it.

SHIPPING

Orders are carefully packed and typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love every Hardy & Kin piece. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.

Returns for store credit: Hardy & Kin will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns to the original payment method: A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Because our collections are produced in limited quantities and sizes may sell out quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, your return can be issued as store credit so you can place a new order based on current availability.

Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale, as well as items purchased at a discount of 25% or more, are not eligible for return.
